This tropical fruit mousse combines the sweet and sour flavors of tropical fruits such as mango and kiwi. It is whipped with Whipbester fruit-flavored N2O cream charger to make the cream mousse lighter and fluffier, bringing a unique and dense enjoyment!
Prepare materials:
- Mango 🥭 – 1 piece (peeled and cut into pieces)
- Passion fruit 🏵 – 1 piece (take out the pulp)
- Coconut milk 🥥 – 100ml
- Honey 🍯 – 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Fresh cream 🥛 – 150ml (refrigerated)
- Whipbester cream charger(kiwi flavor)
- Fruit Juicer
- Cream whipper
Steps:
1.Prepare ingredients:
- Peel and core the mango and cut into pieces.
- Remove the passion fruit pulp and use a strainer to remove the seeds and extract the juice.
2.Make the fruit mixture:
- Pour the mango pieces, passion fruit juice, coconut milk and honey into a fruit Juicer and blend until smooth.
- Filter and pour into a cream whipper.
3.Whip the mousse:
- Add the chilled whipped cream and tighten the cap.
- Insert the whipbester kiwi flavored N2O cream charger and shake 10-15 times to fully incorporate the gas and form a light and fluffy mousse texture.
4.Pour into a glass and enjoy:
- Pour the mousse into a glass or dessert bowl.
