This tropical fruit mousse combines the sweet and sour flavors of tropical fruits such as mango and kiwi. It is whipped with Whipbester fruit-flavored N2O cream charger to make the cream mousse lighter and fluffier, bringing a unique and dense enjoyment!

Prepare materials:

  • Mango 🥭 – 1 piece (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • Passion fruit 🏵 – 1 piece (take out the pulp)
  • Coconut milk 🥥 – 100ml
  • Honey 🍯 – 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Fresh cream 🥛 – 150ml (refrigerated)
  • Whipbester cream charger(kiwi flavor)
  • Fruit Juicer
  • Cream whipper

Steps:

1.Prepare ingredients:

  • Peel and core the mango and cut into pieces.
  • Remove the passion fruit pulp and use a strainer to remove the seeds and extract the juice.


2.Make the fruit mixture:

  • Pour the mango pieces, passion fruit juice, coconut milk and honey into a fruit Juicer and blend until smooth.
  • Filter and pour into a cream whipper.

3.Whip the mousse:

  • Add the chilled whipped cream and tighten the cap.
  • Insert the whipbester kiwi flavored N2O cream charger and shake 10-15 times to fully incorporate the gas and form a light and fluffy mousse texture.


4.Pour into a glass and enjoy:

  • Pour the mousse into a glass or dessert bowl.
  • Garnish with passion fruit pulp or coconut shreds and enjoy the dense fruit mousse immediately!
